Design Features

Features:
Features:
  • Acoustically isolate this space from active areas.
  • If the project and climate conditions allow, consider integrating outdoor spaces with the relaxation lounge.

  • Include a focal feature within the room or views to the outside. Focal features might include fireplaces, water feature, art, or libraries.
  • Ensure a mixture of chaise and lounge seating with ottomans to accommodate conversations and introspection.
  • Include a self-service beverage station.
  • Include magazine and newspaper storage.
  • Optional: flat screen television
